More and more people want to reduce their energy costs and are looking to the sun for energy - and rightly so. The sun supplies its energy free of charge, throughout the year - it just has to be captured. Even on cloudy days it is possible to utilize solar energy, as modern solar panels can even convert indirect solarisation into warmth. This also works in winter - even if the temperatures drop below freezing.

Good investment?
So, technically speaking, solar panels are a very good investment. You get free warmth, thus reducing the energy costs of the existing heating system. It is less of a good investment however, if the advice received is insufficient and individual requirements of property and owner are not met. An “All Inclusive Take Home Package” can quickly turn into a very expensive purchase with very little benefit.

The existing heating system and the habits of the inhabitants must also be considered during the planning stages.
