| More weather stations for Switzerland Since June 2006 we are testing weather station Davis Vantage Pro 2 on our company premises. November 2006 we have begun to install weather stations in areas with sparse meteorological measurements. Thereby we use not only Davis stations but especially at higher altitudes Thies and Vaisala weather stations, as well as Ott-Parsivel and MPS rain gauges. Our aim is to place as many stations as possible, so we can explore the weather in detail and get usefull measurements in case of weather warnings. |
